LA CITTADINANZA DI TERRANUOVA BRACCIOLINI
CONSIDERATA
L’esistenza nel territorio comunale in località La Cicogna di una Fondazione denominata R.S.I – Istituto Storico;
che la predetta fondazione, attiva dal 1986, era sorta con museo e sacrario delle reliquie della Repubblica di Salò;
che col tempo la predetta Fondazione si è rivelata una istituzione che propaganda, con conferenze “storiche”, seminari, campi di formazione e addestramento, ideologie, figure, simboli e valori del fascismo storico, in particolare del periodo della repubblica di Salò e intende passare il testimone alle nuove generazioni, a detta loro.
che il territorio valdarnese, così come l’intera provincia di Arezzo, Medaglia d’Oro per la Resistenza, ha pagato un alto tributo di sangue e distruzione a causa della follia nazista e fascista;
che i cittadini antifascisti e democratici ritengono che l’esistenza nel territorio di una tale istituzione, costituisca un’offesa ai valori fondamentali della nostra Costituzione e alla lotta di tanti uomini e donne che hanno restituito al Paese la libertà and rights;

The Decree-Law of 26 April 1993, n. 122 ("Urgent measures with regard to racial, ethnic and religious), converted with amendments into law June 25, 1993 No 205, commonly called Mancino Law which condemns gestures, actions and Nazi-fascist ideology related slogans, and having to end the incitement to violence and discrimination on racial, ethnic, religious or national. The law also punishes the use of symbols related to these political movements.
